STELARA withMe Savings Program
Eligible patients using commercial or private insurance can save on out-of-pocket medicine costs for STELARA. Depending on your health insurance plan, savings may apply toward co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible. Maximum program benefit per calendar year shall apply. There may be a savings limit per dose. Not valid for patients using Medicare, Medicaid, or other government-funded programs to pay for their medicines. Terms expire at the end of each calendar year and may change. Offer subject to change or end without notice. Restrictions, including monthly maximums, may apply. Participate without sharing your income information. Program does not cover the cost to give you your treatment. The STELARA withMe Savings Program provides a rebate when used with medical/primary insurance and provides instant savings when used with pharmacy/prescription insurance.
We provide cost support directly to patients through the STELARA withMe Savings Program. This benefit is intended to help eligible patients afford their out-of-pocket obligations as set by their health plans. The cost support is meant solely for patients—not health plans and/or their partners. To enroll in the STELARA withMe Savings Program:
Getting a rebate
- If you use medical/primary insurance to pay for your medicine, you are responsible for submitting a rebate request including an explanation of benefits (EOB) in order to receive payment under the Savings Program. At your direction, your provider may submit the rebate request and explanation of benefits on your behalf. Please ensure you and your provider coordinate who will submit the rebate request.
- If you use your pharmacy/prescription insurance to pay for your medicine, and the pharmacy is unable to process your card for instant savings, you will need to submit a rebate request.
Options for submitting a rebate request:
If you pay out-of-pocket for your medicine, or if your pharmacy is unable to process your Savings Program card, you have these options to submit a rebate request- Create your online account at Account.JNJwithMe.com to manage your program benefits and submit rebate requests
- If you don't have an online account, submit your rebate request electronically by clicking here and following the instructions on the page
- Or complete, sign and return the rebate form (instructions on form), with required proof of purchase. Click to get the rebate form in English or in Spanish.
If you have commercial or private health insurance BUT your STELARA treatments ARE NOT covered:
Make sure your doctor’s office staff has checked both your pharmacy benefits and medical benefits. If you’ve confirmed that you are not covered by either your pharmacy or medical benefits, call J&J withMe at 877-227-3728 for information on other financial assistance programs that may be able to help you.
