Watch the REMICADE infusion video

After talking to your doctor, you may still have questions about receiving an infusion. The REMICADE infusion video walks you through the steps for the REMICADE infusion process—before, during, and after treatment—and explains what to expect during the infusion.

If your health plan does not approve REMICADE treatment

Sometimes you may not be able to obtain the medicine that your doctor has ordered for you. For example, your health plan might not cover the medicine because it is not on the plan’s drug list (formulary) or the cost is higher than you think you should have to pay. In these situations, you and your doctor have the right to ask the health plan to explain its decision and to consider making the medicine available to you as an exception to its policies.

If you have questions, please call J&J withMe at 877-227-3728, Monday–Friday, .

If your health plan no longer covers REMICADE treatment and you are being asked to switch to a biosimilar

Sometimes due to a change in your health plan's drug list (formulary), you may no longer be able to obtain REMICADE, and you might be asked to switch to an infliximab biosimilar. In these situations, you and your doctor have the right to ask the health plan to explain its decision and to consider making REMICADE available to you as an exception to its policy.

If you have questions, please call J&J withMe at 877-227-3728, Monday–Friday, .
